Purchase Policy :
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact our service center and arrange of replacement within 7 days.
Lars & Ivan / STI Technology Ltd. reserves the right to deny any return.
Warranty :Lars & Ivan /STI Technology Ltd is responsible for all warranty services. Warranty commences from the invoice issuance date which include:
-7 days guarantee for replacement
-One year of free maintenance
2.Accessories except mainframe :
-Battery (if any) – 6 month of free maintenance
-Accessories (cables ) – without warranty
-Packing material – without warranty
- The above warranty start from Invoice date
- The above warranty is just for reference only, while the local sales agents have the right to determine the specific details
- Lars & Ivan/STI reserve the final interpretation and amendment for the above warranty terms.
Return, Repair & Maintenance
For repair and maintenance, please send the defective unit back to Lars & Ivan / STI Technology Ltd with freight prepaid and enclosed with a copy of Invoice as Warranty certificate.
Lars & Ivan/ STI Technology Ltd will get in touch with you for returning the sound products back to you with freight paid by Lars & Ivan.
Order ConfirmationAs proof of receipt of your order, you shall receive an email copy of your order from us. Your order will be confirmed upon the clearance of payment and availability of the products and/or accessories you have purchased. Once confirmed, you shall be notified again via email. Also, you will be able to check the status of your current purchase from the Online Store under the Members Area.
ShippingPlease ensure that your shipping address is correct. If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address that result in your shipment being returned to us, you will have to bear the return shipment charges imposed by the shipping provider.
For delivery within Hong Kong, China and Macau regions, our orders department shall contact you prior to delivery.
